Terms & Agreement for Booking with Ryan Nickens

1. Introduction

By booking an appointment with Ryan Nickens, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the artist and the client.

2. Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Deposits must be paid via [credit/Debit] at the time of booking.

• If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours of notice is required to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Tattoo pricing is based on size, detail, and placement. Quotes will be provided during consultation.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.

• Accepted payment methods include [Cash, Card, Venmo.].

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Clients are allowed to reschedule 1 time before forfeiting their deposit.

• If you cancel or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

• If Ryan Nickens needs to reschedule, your deposit will be honored for a new appointment date.

5. Late Policy

• Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

• If you anticipate being late, please contact Ryan as soon as possible.

6. Tattoo Design & Changes

• Ryan Nickens designs the tattoo on the day of the appointment.

• Minor adjustments can be made before the session, but major revisions may require rescheduling and a new deposit.

• Ryan retains the right to refuse certain designs or placements.

7. Age & Identification Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed. A valid government-issued ID is required at your appointment.

• No exceptions for minors, even with parental consent.

8. Health & Safety

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

• Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Proper hygiene is expected before your appointment.

9. Touch-Ups

• One free touch-up is available within 1 year after healing if needed (excluding hand, finger, and foot tattoos).

• Additional touch-ups or work due to improper aftercare will be charged.

10. Liability Release

• By booking, you acknowledge the risks involved in tattooing and agree that Ryan Nickens is not responsible for any reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction after the procedure.

• You also agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.

11. Refusal of Service

Ryan Nickens reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate behavior or harassment

• Being under the influence of drugs/alcohol

• Uncooperative or disrespectful conduct

12. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
